Rakett69 science studio is an educational discovery center, inspired by the popular science competition TV show “Rakett69.” The center offers interactive science sessions for children, youth, and adults, allowing participants to explore, experiment, and engage in challenges similar to those featured on the show. The aim is to make science accessible and exciting, fostering curiosity and a hands-on learning experience.
You will also learn about the Unicorn Squad – an initiative dedicated to providing technology education exclusively for girls aged 8 to 14. Established in 2018 by Taavi and Kerstin Kotka, along with leader Liis Koser, the program aims to cultivate interest in engineering, robotics, and natural sciences among young girls through practical and engaging activities.

Tallinn College of Music and Ballet (MUBA) is a premier educational institution in Estonia, established in 2022 through the merger of Tallinn Music High School, Georg Ots Tallinn Music College, and Tallinn Ballet School. MUBA offers comprehensive programs in classical music, rhythm music, ballet, and general education, catering to students from primary to vocational levels. Tallinn German Gymnasium educates students from grades 1-12. Pääsusilma Kindergarten is a municipal kindergarten located at Tallinn, Estonia. The kindergarten actively participates in various projects and programs, including “Kiusamisest vabaks!” (Free from Bullying), “Ettevõtlik kool” (Enterprising School), “Tervist edendav lasteaed” (Health Promoting Kindergarten), “Roheline kool” (Green School), and engages in eTwinning and Erasmus+ projects.

ELIIS (e-Kindergarten) is an innovative online information system designed to streamline and enhance the management of preschool institutions. It offers a comprehensive platform that includes curriculum planning, child development analysis, digital diaries, attendance tracking, communication tools, document management, and work scheduling. By integrating these features, ELIIS facilitates seamless collaboration between local governments, kindergartens, teachers, and parents. The solution has been tried out in Germany during a pilot poject in Bad Homburg, where kindergartens feedback was very positive.
SpeakTX is a comprehensive speech and language therapy platform targeting both the educational and healthcare domains as well as home users (children and families, patients and caregivers, private therapists, etc) covering all aspects from early childhood development to conditions like stuttering, dyslexia, aphasia, dysphagia. SpeakTX has been launched already in 7 countries, including Germany where theycollaborate with local partners for both special educational needs as well as market entry on a wider scale.
Mustamäe State Gymnasium is one of 28 state gymnasiums in Estonia and one of the three new ones in our capital city.
It is a modern and innovative school offering high-quality secondary education while supporting students’ overall development. Estonia recently established state gymnasiums to standardize and enhance the quality of secondary education nationwide, expand students’ academic choices, optimize the school network, and support regional development by reducing educational inequalities across urban and rural areas. Tartu Vocational Education Centre (VOCO) is Estonia’s largest vocational school, located in Tartu. Each year, approximately 3,000 students enroll in VOCO’s vocational education and training courses. The institution actively participates in international student exchanges and development projects, hosting and sending abroad hundreds of students and staff members through mobility programs. The University of Tartu is a leading institution in Estonia for educational technology, preparing skilled educational technologists who facilitate digital transformation in schools and higher education institutions. The university offers specialized programs at bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels, emphasizing digital competencies, innovative learning design, and the integration of EdTech solutions. The university also actively attracts international students through diverse English-taught programs and contributes to Estonia’s reputation as a global education hub.
DreamApply, an Estonian EdTech company founded in 2011, offers an admissions software solution to educational institutions worldwide. With clients in 40 countries, DreamApply’s software helps streamline admissions, marketing, financial, and other admissions-related processes. It has been proven to increase international student applications by 50% and reduce application processing time by 40%. DreamApply has a strong presence in Germany, where it has been serving educational institutions for more than five years. The software contains a full German translation. One of the first clients in the country is SRH, a leading private higher education provider. SRH’s student recruitment strategy with DreamApply was featured in an episode of the EdTech & Pancakes podcast. In April 2025, DreamApply plans to visit SRH and other clients in Germany to discuss further support for the country’s digitalization in education.
Pompei‘s chef Erik Enula has mainly drawn inspiration from Italian cuisine. However, all the dishes that come out of the kitchen have that “something” that makes each dish and dessert unique. Pompei considers high-quality raw materials and good flavors to be the most important. This means that the cheeses made on site are always fresh and made from the best South Estonian milk, which arrives at Pompei directly from the farm. The handmade pasta made with love, which changes on the menu according to the season, is definitely worth trying.
Vabamu is the largest non-profit private museum in Estonia. Its mission is to educate, engage and inspire Estonian people and visitors to reflect on the recent past, to feel the fragility of freedom and to stand up for freedom and justice. Vabamu operates in three areas: Vabamu Museums, Vabamu for Youth (NoVa) and Global Conversations.
NoVa is one direction of Vabamu, where all educational activities are concentrated: museum classes, excursions, discussions, film nights, the Hüppelaud summer school (for 14-19-year-old students from all over the world who take an interest in entrepreneurship and technology), etc. NoVa is also a self-learning environment aimed at young people and teachers, with various courses and learning sessions for young people who want to acquire knowledge on their own.

The Estonian Maritime Museum is a collector, preserver, researcher, and presenter of Estonian maritime culture (maritime history). Their mission is to increase people’s knowledge, respect, and love for the sea. The museum was established in Tallinn in 1935 on the initiative of former captains and sailors. Throughout its long history, the museum has undergone several changes. Its main exhibition has been located since 1981 in the Paks Margareeta artillery tower, which has a history of nearly 500 years. The Maritime Museum opened its second exhibition space in May 2012 at the Seaplane Harbour. It is one of the largest museums in Estonia and is also the most popular museum, especially thanks to the Seaplane Harbour exhibition.
